How much will my project cost?
Every project is priced on its scope: number of pages or designs, whether branding is included, and how much content we create. Send us a short brief and you’ll get a written quote before you commit to anything.
How long will it take?
It depends on scope. A set of social designs moves faster than a full website with branding. We share a timeline with your quote so you can plan your launch around it.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Your brand name, what you sell, who you want to reach, and your goals. If you have them, also send your logo, colours, fonts, examples you like, and any product or team photos.
Do I need to supply my own photos and content?
Your own real photos always work best. Where you don’t have them, we can use properly licensed stock photography. We don’t use AI-generated people or product images.
I already have a logo and brand colours. Can you work with them?
Yes. We can follow your existing brand carefully, or refresh it if you feel it’s holding you back.
How many changes can I ask for?
The number of revision rounds is agreed in your quote, so you know what to expect from the start. We share work at clear stages so feedback stays focused.
Do you only design posts, or also manage my Instagram?
Both are available. You can hire us for design only, or for ongoing content strategy and social media management as well.
Will my website work on phones, and can I edit it later?
Every site we build is responsive and checked on desktop, tablet and mobile. If you want to update content yourself, tell us at the start so we can plan the build around that.
Who owns the final designs and files?
What you receive, and who owns it, is confirmed in writing before work begins, so there are no surprises at handover.
Are the portfolio projects real client work?
No. The five websites are original TGCREATES concepts and the social designs are portfolio samples, not editable Canva templates. Anything we make for you is designed for your brand.
